Dr. Xiaohe (Jessie) Jin is a dedicated scientist with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from North Carolina State University and a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from China Pharmaceutical University. Currently serving as Scientist I at Atom Bioworks Inc., Dr. Jin has made significant contributions to the fields of DNA biosensors, drug delivery systems, and biosynthetic pathways of natural products. She has published seven peer-reviewed papers and participated in drafting patents. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Dr. Jin is passionate about advancing scientific research and innovation.
研究の興味
1) Discovery of bioactive gene clusters and compounds from microbes, especially cyanobacteria; (2) Development of DNA nanostructure-based biosensors for diagnostics and drug delivery purposes; and (3) Investigation of the biosynthetic pathways and mechanisms of naturally occurring tetrapyrroles.
